Chances are you've got a can of chickpeas in the pantry, right? Grab the can, drain the chickpeas, and rinse well under cold water.
Let the chickpeas dry off a little while you pre-heat the oven to about 190c.
Throw the chickpeas into a baking dish, drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil, and toss them around until they're nicely coated.
Pop the dish into the oven and roast for five minutes, then add a generous sprinkle of Tasty Little Things Red Chilli Seasoning to the chickpeas. Roast for a further five minutes, or until the chickpeas are golden and crunchy.
Let them cool slightly, and serve! Easy, cheap, and really yummy.
